Travel to Langvad

Langvad is situated in the rural northwestern part of Jutland, Denmark.

Airports:
Closest airport is Thisted Airport with domestic flights to and from Copenhagen (expensive).

Other airports are Aalborg, where there are low-price fares from London/ Gatwick, from Malaga/Spain and from Copenhagen/Denmark, with Sterling Airways (www.sterling.dk) If arriving with international flights to Kastrup/Copenhagen, Denmark, the domestic flight in Denmark from Copenhagen to Aalborg is usually free or at low cost. Further airports are Aarhus, with low-price fares from London Stansted with Raynair (www.ryanair.com) ; Esbjerg, also with low-price fares with Ryanair from London Stansted; and finally Billund, with international flights from Frankfurt, Paris, Amsterdam and other major European airports. Whilst it is usually best to book early, check with the Jamboree administration.

Railway:
Closest railway-stations are Thisted (closest) and Aalborg (close, some 60 km)


 

Bus:
Bus travel in Denmark is easy and at fairly low cost. Frøstrup is the closest bus station.
